Wearing: Bailey Nelson
If you've been following me for some time, you'll know I have an affinity with collecting frames, in particular, sunglasses. I'm of the opinion you can never really have enough, as there are so many superb styles continually hitting the market it ends up being like Pokemon, you just want to collect them all.
I recently caught up with Australian eyewear brand Bailey Nelson who have a number of boutiques across New Zealand, to get under the hood of the brand and find out what makes them so different in the way they do business and make their frames. They've flipped the industry on its head and made a stand against hefty price tags that are unjustifiable. Forget the flash label, it's about quality without compromise.
As part of this series on Bailey Nelson, I took to the streets of Takapuna, on Auckland's North Shore to street test my new suite of frames and pull some killer blue steel looks off in the process. The frames I'm wearing aren't simply randomly picked either, I worked with Maddy, one of the BN team to ensure the frames were the right choice for my face shape. Here's how they look, let me know if you spot any you like!
